ABOUT SIVARAMAKRISHNAN AGORAM

Agoram Sivaramakrishnan, our Panditji or “mama” as he was lovingly called, had his Adhyanam from two eminent organizations: H.H. Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Shri Mahaswami Vidya Peeta Trust at Sivasthanam in Thenambak-kam, Kanchipuram and Thiruvidaimarthur Prayoga Pathasala attached to the Kanchi Sankara Mutt.
He had been the Chief Priest at the Sanatan Dharma Temple for over 25 years. The board of directors of Matiya Patidar Samaj of Southern California will miss Panditji and offer his family their wholehearted condolences.
He guided countless devotees on the spiritual path through his teachings of Vedic principles, chanting and singing. Men, women and children of all ages and backgrounds, including his peers, benefited from his tireless teachings and rituals.
He spearheaded numerous auspicious events and rituals in many temples all over the world.
His beautiful singing still echoes in our ears. Mama touched many people with his compassion and humor.
He will be remembered, not only as a learned Pandit, but also for his love, respect and affection for people he came across – whether a devotee of the faith or a passerby in need of food and shelter.
He is irreplaceable in our community. We miss him dearly and our heartfelt condolences go out to his family. His loss is monumental to the entire community.
